- Perfection, is an eternal goal, not an immediate goal (be accepting of ones self as you grow)
- Control - less is more (focus on what you CAN control, not what you can't)
- We can be freed from the effects of sin (strive to be spiritually connected)
- Changing thoughts can change feelings (negative thoughts create negative emotions/behavior)
- Wellness is balance (rest, exercise, healthy eating, service, and finding joy)
- The Atonement brings healing (divine love can make us whole)
